COMPENSATION: $250K Base + Performance Bonus

Offering up to $40,000 sign on bonus & relocation package for top talent. This is evaluated on a case by case basis.

Open Locations- Scottsdale, AZ 

Note: Not accepting new grads. Candidates MUST have a min 2-3 years current experience in outpatient primary care/internal medicine. No hospitalists and no urgent care docs at this time - outpatient only.

M-F 8am-5pm. Ideal candidate can work M-F, we can accommodate a 4 day work week but day off cannot be Monday or Friday.

This group is one of the Valley’s largest multi-specialty group practices with over 20 offices located throughout metropolitan Phoenix. Many are equipped with several medical specialists under one roof, so referrals or additional diagnostic needs can be quickly obtained. The physician will provide primary care for patients deemed to fall within the scope of practice of Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Diagnoses and treats patients for disorders on a general level, without restriction to special systems or regions of the body; serves as the general practitioner to patients for general diagnostic and therapeutic medical care.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. This position is responsible for providing excellent care to patients in an outpatient clinical setting.
2. This is specifically for adult medicine and geriatric medicine.
3. The incumbent must be effective in unifying the business, operational, support and clinical arms into a cohesive team.

Requirements

1. MD or DO Degree
2. Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
3. Minimum 2 years current experience in primary outpatient care
4. Active and unrestricted AZ medical license
5. Outpatient practice experience, preferred
6. Proficient computer skills - MS Office Products (Word/Excel) and Electronic Health Records systems
7. Demonstrates flexibility
8. Displays excellent/compassionate communication skills with staff and patients
9. Epic experience, a plus – not required
